EBzyme-P (for Brewery/Malt Extract Industry)
EBzyme-P is the formulated product of proteolytic enzymes extracted from carica papaya and purified by latest technology. EBzyme-P contains a mixture of proteinases and peptidases isoenzymes like carboxy-exo-peptidase and other side activities like Beta Glucanases, involved in Brewery processing.
EBzyme-P hydrolyzes proteins, amides and esters and particularly the bonds in NSP. It should be added during mashing, fermentation and before filtration.

Storage and Handling Precautions:
Store it in a cool and dry place and shaded place away from direct sunlight. Enzyme dust may cause sensitization and irritation when inhaled in some individuals. Prolonged contact with product should be avoided. In case of spillage or contact with eyes or skin, rinse the affected area promptly with plenty ofclean water.

Improves Sugar Recovery & Streamlines Sugar Mill Operations

Sugar Enzyme-S is a high performance blend of starch and dextrin hydrolyzing enzymes. The formulation acts on starch molecule and thereby improves performance and sugar recovery. The presence of Starch dextrins results in increase in juice viscosities, poor clarification , which results into loss of sugar recovery and quality.

Dosage
Sugar Enzyme-S is Diluted with water and dosed continuously, with the help of dosing pumps. It is applied in Mix Juice Tank, filtrate, Clarifier & Syrup.

Shelf Life One year in the original container from the date of production.
Storage & Handling: It is recommended that normal safety precautions (Hand gloves & safety goggles) be taken while handling the product. The material should be stored in a cool and shaded place. Application The best place for application in Sugar factory is in Mill House, Mix Juice Tank and Filtrate.

Improves Sugar Recovery & Streamlines Sugar Mill Operations The presence of Dextran results in increase in juice viscosities, poor clarification and crystal elongation, which results into loss of sugar recovery and quality.

  • Dextran is a highly branched gummy glucose polymer.
  • Dextran has alpha-1,6glycosidic linkages along with alpha-1,3 glycosidic linkages.
  • Temperature of 30-40 Deg C and 25-30% humidity favor Dextran formation.
  • One unit of Dextran consumes Three units of Sucrose.

PRODUCT HANDLING :

  • Enzymes are proteins. Inhalation of dust or aerosols may induce sensitization and may cause allergic reactions in sensitized individuals. Some enzymes may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes upon prolonged contact. The product may create easily inhaled aerosols if splashed or vigorously stirred.
  • Spilled product may dry out and create dust. Spilled material should be flushed away with water. Avoid splashing. Left over material may dry out and create dust.
  • Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Contaminated cloths should be properly washed.
  • MSDS is supplied with the product. Follow MSDS safety instructions for more details.
