Sugar Enzyme-S is a high performance blend of starch and dextrin hydrolyzing enzymes. The formulation acts on starch molecule and thereby improves performance and sugar recovery. The presence of Starch dextrins results in increase in juice viscosities, poor clarification, which results into loss of sugar recovery and quality.
